Randy is a Finance and Supply chain enthusiast with 12 years experience in driving performance on various business functions. He is passionate about leveraging financial acumen to build resilient, efficient and profitable business operations. 

His experience cuts across Accounting, Finance and Supply chain management acquired through industry and consultancy practices. Over the years, he has demonstrated an ability to implement integrated strategies that align financial goals with operational excellence, driving significant cost reduction, working capital improvements and revenue growth.  He has honed skills which are relevant for good financial and operations management including; Book-keeping, Financial reporting (IFRS/OHADA), taxation and also the use of operations management tools such as Lean, Total Quality Management (TQM) and Value stream Mapping (VSM).

Randy hold a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Buea and a M.Sc. in Business Process & Supply chain Management from Linnaeus University, Sweden
