Clara Ngando is a seasoned finance executive with over 15 years of experience leading financial strategy, governance, and enterprise transformation across the fintech, energy, development, and public sectors in Africa. Her career spans senior leadership roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Internal Auditor, and Senior Consultant, with a proven track record in financial management, internal controls, and capital structuring.

Clara has worked across multiple African markets, including Cameroon and Ghana, supporting organizations through complex growth phases, regulatory transitions, and strategic realignments. She brings deep insight into the operational and financial realities of scaling businesses, having led finance functions in both startup and institutional environments.

Academically, Clara holds an MBA in Finance and is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK). She is also an alumna of the prestigious CFO Programme at the London Business School, where she deepened her expertise in strategic financial leadership in emerging markets.

In recognition of her leadership and impact in the financial technology space, Clara was named Emerging Woman CFO in Fintech – Cameroon (2024), a testament to her excellence in steering finance functions in high-growth, regulated environments.
