Through workshops, mentorship, and impactful events, we provide a platform for these women to build resilience, adaptability, and leadership abilities, helping them break barriers and shape their futures.
Our mission is to bridge the gap for underserved women who might not otherwise have access to the resources or exposure necessary to unlock their potential. From practical tools and actionable insights to relatable stories of success, EmpowerHer+237 inspires participants to dream bigger, take bold steps, and create lasting change in their communities. Together, we’re fostering a generation of empowered women who are not just surviving but thriving, one connection, skill, and opportunity at a time.

Founder Story – EmpowerHer+237
“Because I am a product of mentorship.”
EmpowerHer+237 was born from my own journey.
I didn’t have access to the right networks early on—but mentors changed everything. Their belief in me helped me rise from accounting student to CFO, board advisor, and founder. That’s why I created a platform where mentorship isn’t a privilege—it’s a bridge.
In 2023 and 2024, we hosted two EmpowerHer+237 conferences, reaching over 150 young women. We didn’t just talk careers—we built confidence, created community, and sparked action.
Now, through cohorts, coaching, and conversation, I’m committed to building a generation of practical, confident women in finance and beyond.
I’m not just paying it forward.
I’m multiplying what was given to me.
